Notification timing and quiet hours

Control when you receive notifications.

Morning review time
Set your preferred morning send time in Settings → Notifications. Default is 07:00. The review is sent once per day within a 30-minute window of your chosen time.
🌙
Quiet hours
Real-time alerts (high price, low price, spike) are suppressed during your quiet hours window. Default: 22:00–07:00. Change this in Settings → Notifications. Negative price alerts bypass quiet hours and are always delivered immediately.
🔕
Disabling individual notifications
Each real-time alert type has its own toggle in Settings → Notifications. You can turn off high-price alerts, low-price alerts, and Premium alerts independently.

Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving any alerts by email.
Check three things: (1) Look in your spam or junk folder — add [email protected] to your contacts to prevent this. (2) Check that alerts are not disabled in Settings → Notifications. (3) Check your quiet hours setting — you may be in quiet hours when alerts would normally fire.
I connected Telegram but I'm not getting alerts there.
Make sure you completed the connection — go to Settings → Notifications and check that Telegram shows as connected. If not, click Connect Telegram and tap Start in the Telegram chat. If it shows connected but alerts aren't arriving, try disconnecting and reconnecting. Real-time alerts go to Telegram; morning and evening reviews always go to email.
I'm getting too many alerts. How do I reduce them?
Go to Settings → Notifications and turn off the alert types you don't need. You can keep only the morning review and turn off all real-time alerts, or raise your price thresholds so they only fire at more extreme prices. You can also use quiet hours to suppress alerts during the night.
The price was high but I didn't get an alert.
Two likely reasons: (1) Your high threshold may be set above the price that occurred — check Settings → Alerts. (2) You may have been in quiet hours. Check Settings → Notifications → Quiet hours. Alerts fire once per threshold crossing per day, so if it already fired earlier and crossed again, it won't fire a second time. If none of these apply, contact support.
I switched phones. Do I need to do anything?
If you use email, nothing changes — alerts go to your email address regardless of device. If you use Telegram, your Telegram account follows you to the new phone automatically — no action needed.
I'm not receiving the morning review.
Morning reviews are sent by email. Check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts. Also check that Morning review is enabled in Settings → Notifications and that your registered email address is correct in Settings → Profile.
