Terve Elo Oy is the data controller for all personal data processed through the SaveElectro service under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We do not collect or store payment card details, bank account numbers, or any payment credentials. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal. See Section 4 for details.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for third parties, or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data is stored on a Hostinger VPS server located in Latvia, European Union. All data is stored within the EU/EEA and subject to GDPR protections.

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Finnish accounting legislation (Kirjanpitolaki 1336/1997), even after account deletion. Only transaction metadata (date, amount, reference) is retained — no payment card data.

Analytics cookies collect data in anonymised or aggregated form. We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
SaveElectro sends notifications by email and, optionally, via Telegram. No push notification services or device tokens are used.
All registered users receive morning review emails at their account email address. Premium users may also enable evening review emails. Price alerts (below threshold, above threshold, negative price, spike) are sent by email unless Telegram is configured as the active alert channel. Email notifications can be managed via Settings → Notifications.
Users may optionally connect a Telegram account to receive price alerts via Telegram instead of email. To do this, a Telegram chat ID is provided by the user and stored against the account. Only the chat ID is stored — no other Telegram account data is accessed or retained. Morning and evening reviews are always sent by email regardless of the Telegram setting.
Telegram is an independent service operated by Telegram FZ LLC. When alerts are delivered via Telegram, message content is processed by Telegram's servers. See Telegram's Privacy Policy for details.
You can disconnect Telegram at any time via Settings → Notifications → Change channel. Disconnecting deletes your stored chat ID from our system.
SaveElectro is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address registered on your account) and by displaying a notice on the SaveElectro dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The current version of this policy is always available at saveelectro.com/privacy/. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
